• MadBull Glass and Aluminium Target Practice BBs review

    [rus] [ukr]
In this review I will test Precision 0.28 and 0.3 BBs from MadBull Airsoft.
0,28 ones are made of glass and 0,3 are aluminium, that's why MadBull strongly advises to use them for target practice only. As they've described these BBs may penetrate low grade goggles. And I must say this is absolutely plausible: even shot from 427 fps (130 m/s) the glass BBs left visible marks on metal and broke to small pieces and the aluminium ones deformed a bit.
Those materials were chosen to eliminate possibility of bubbles inside the BBs during the production process and it works well, there are no bubbles visible in glass BBs and none were found in aluminium ones.

During the testing of the 100 BBs of each kind few measurements were taken. Also I've made a few firing tests on close and open shooting ranges with AEGs powered to 427 fps (130 m/s) and 526 fps (160 m/s) with 6.03 mm and 6.02 mm barrels accordingly.

As you can see, figures tolerance is minimum, both glass and aluminium BBs showed good accuracy. Considering MadBull's warnings I may suggest that these BBs can be used for target shooting competitions with airsoft guns or more precision gun zeroing because they definitely give more accurate and stable results than plastic BBs with the same weights.
