Speaking that last pic, I still would say he's a marsoc.
Not using CP G3 does not mean he's not.
I have seen mix use of regular Crye BDU cut, Crye G3 cut and a some sort of custom shirt with no mandarin collar.
I might be wrong thou, but I dont see his airforce toys on his gear setup either

Look at the tube-lead on the back and the non-existing fast-ex on the shoulder strap - he is using a LBT 6094

And regarding your post at the top here- he seems to be wearing a Crye Woodland Suit, but not the ones that the marines get.
MarSOC Marines get the Crye Woodies in the G3 Cut/Version while the guy in the pictures is wearing the AC-Version, which is issued to other SOFs.
