1-Keep the shemagh as a square, DON'T fold it into a triangle.
2-Take one corner in your hand and let the rest hang down
3-Run your other hand down the shemagh until you almost get half way, forming a 'rope' of shemagh, held between each hand.
4-Tie this in a releasing knot near the mid point. (ie an overhand knot, but with a loop in which releases when you pull it.
5-Put the shemagh on your head with the knot at the back, and gather the rest up at your forehead, ensuring a snug fit.
6-Twist the remaining shemagh at the front until it forms a cord, then wrap this around your head and tuck it in tightly.
7-Pull on the free end of the release-knot and pass the loose shemagh around, in front of your face and wrap/tuck in as you see fit. (high if windy/cold, low if warm)
