Dear French and Belgian customers,
We are now recommending all customers from France and Belgium to choose the EMS Speed Post or the TNT express service as the shipping Method if your orders include airsoft guns or any weapon replica.
The reason why we would recommend all of you to choose the above mentioned shipping methods is that, we've just informed by Hong Kong Post the some of the parcels being shipped to France or Belgium, maybe forwarded to two or more airlines instead of one airline during the delivery process.It means that if the destination of a parcel maybe torwarded to other countries first ,like Malaysia, and then to France instead of being forwared to France in one airline directly.
The most important thing is :
Airsoft are illegal in Malaysia!! Based on this reason, some of our parcels have been seized by Royal Malaysian Police when they were on their ways to France and Belgium as it comprised airsoft guns inside.
As the Hong Kong Post do not make any compeusation to us for those parcels which are seized in the above condition.We strougly recommend our French and Belgian customers to choose the EMS or the TNT express for orders including airsoft guns or any weapon replice, otherwise,starting from 22 Feb 2010,we are not able to take the responsibilies and make the refunds if the orders are seized by customs in other cauntries during the delivery process.
