Короче, он говорит о том, что это НЕ КОММЕРЧЕСКАЯ реклама, т.е. ЛЮБИТЕЛЬСКАЯ, и компания "Гиннесс" к ролику не имеет никакого отношения. Автор снял ролик для собственного удовольствия. И общий бюджет составил 320$.
